RANGE ROVER ROAD RUN

As an added attraction to an already buzzing show, we are now celebrating 40 Years of the Range Rover with a Saturday morning convoy of vehicles through the Warwickshire countryside. Sponsored by the good people at Rimmer Bros, run participants will get a goody bag, event plaque and a FREE day ticket to the show. CLASSIC FEST IN THE SERIES VILLAGE

For all you classic Land Rover fans, we are pleased to announce the Series Village – a special show area devoted to clubs, traders and autojumble specialising in Series Land Rovers. There will also be a display of special vehicles spanning the 1948 - 1985 period.

CELEBRATING LOCAL INDUSTRY, PAST AND PRESENT

As well as new vehicles from the nearby Land Rover factory at Solihull, we will be celebrating the West Midlands' rich motor industry heritage with a fantastic display of classic cars and commercial vehicles from the Made In Coventry Motoring Association.

After a brilliant show at Newark in 2009, LANDROVERmax! is set to become an even greater show in 2010 as we move to the fabulous Stoneleigh Park Showground in Warwickshire – just a few miles from the famous Land Rover factory at Solihull – and change dates to the August Bank Holiday weekend; Saturday 28th to Monday 30th August 2010.

The show will bring thousands of Land Rovers of every kind, a large array of trade stands, a popular autojumble and an arena packed with live action.

As well as rare and modified Land Rovers, visitors will also get the opportunity to drive their vehicles on our fantastic off-road course – originally designed by Land Rover themselves.

LANDROVERmax! promises to be a great three day, family friendly show with something for every Land Rover fan, including:

• Land Rover trade stands and exhibitors
• Club stands packed with historic vehicles
• Arena activities and demonstrations
• Free show entry for children PLUS a kids fun area – with 'The Wonder Bus' and face painting
  
• Super off-road course
• Modified and restored Land Rovers on show
• Giant autojumble
• Vintage vehicles – classic cars, commercial vehicles
  
• Great camping!

The location of Stoneleigh Park is ideal; it is in the heart of the country and has excellent facilities.

Throughout the weekend, the Land Rover Monthly editorial team will be on hand, working on restoration projects, offering advice and showcasing some of the vehicles that have been featured in the pages of LRM. As well as this, they will be meeting readers and hearing about your Land Rover stories. Come and say hello – your Land Rover could be the next cover star!
